Brewer's Best Pumpkin Spice Porter - This seasonal release autumn ale is the perfect companion to the changing seasons - from harvest to the holidays! The recipe starts with 6.6 lbs Amber LME, partnered with Cara Brown, Chocolate Barley, Coffee, Biscuit steeping grains. To spice things up we added cinnamon, allspice and a hint of ginger. Willamette hops provide a mild balance in bitterness and this ale is fermented with premium yeast. IBU's: 18-22, OG: 1.057-1.061, ABV%: 5.0%-6.0%, Color: Black, Difficulty: Easy. Everything you need to craft your best brew is here. We start with fresh ingredients to maintain flavor as well as easy-to-follow recipes measured to perfection. Easy to make recipe, there is enough fragrant flavors to give this beer a festive flavor but not so over powering that the majority of people who like porters with like this beer. It does well under nitrogen and CO2. My batch came with labels would be good for bottling and giving as gifts.

    Kit arrived quickly from vendor all intact, nothing missing or damaged and FRESH! Brewed this on Saturday afternoon and pitched the dry yeast (safale US 04) and it is still actively working on the sugars while creating alcohol and C02.

    I brewed this once before and many commented on the mellow blended flavors after fermentation and conditioning in the bottle. This will have plenty of time to condition for the fall! Great product, awesome service and an enjoyable home brew!

    Not happy with pumpkin spice porter. First time brewers best was a disappointment. Couldn’t taste the pumpkin and to much spice. I will give it another month before I taste it again. Some times it might smooth out by then.
